Hi, I am a senior in high school and need major help in 6th grade algebra. My math grades are awful and I have decided to do something about it. I am looking for some website that will allow me to enter a problem and offers detailed step by step solution; basically it must walk me through the entire thing. I really need to improve my grades so please help me out.

I understand your situation because I had the same issues when I went to high school. I was very weak in math, especially in 6th grade algebra and my grades were really bad . I started using Algebra Master to help me solve problems as well as with my homework and eventually I started getting A’s in math. This is an exceptionally good product because it explains the problems in a step-by-step manner so we understand them well. I am absolutely certain that you will find it helpful too.

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebra Master. This is not exactly a tutoring software but it offers solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are several examples given under various topics which are quite useful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.

You can buy it from http://www.algebra-test.com/. I don’t think there are too many specific system requirements; you can just download and start using it.

I remember having problems with simplifying expressions, roots and relations. Algebra Master is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, College Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
