Interpreting Quadratic Lines

I'm having immense difficulty finding the logic behind the problem regarding homework. Can someone please assist me to know how to come up with a comprehensive answer and explanation about homework specifically in topic of cramer’s rule? I was taught how to answer this before but now I forgot and confused how to answer it. I find it difficult to understand it on my own so I believe I need help since I think I can’t do this alone. If anyone is familiar with homework can you please help me? Thanks!

Hi there. Algebra Master is really amazing ! It’s been weeks since I tried this program and it worked like magic! Math problems that I used to spend solving for hours just take me 4-5 minutes to answer now.
