Linear Equation In Real Life

Hi math wizards! I require some guidance to solve this linear equation in real life which I’m unable to do on my own. My math assignment is due and I need help to work on gcf, simplifying fractions and dividing fractions . I’m also thinking of hiring a math tutor but they are not economical . So I would be greatly grateful if you can extend some guidance in solving the problem.

I remember I faced similar problems with adding functions, graphing parabolas and angle-angle similarity. This Algebra Master is rightly a great piece of math software program.
