Hi math wizards! I require some direction to unravel this writing a percent into a fraction which I’m unable to do on my own. My test on math is due and I need help to work on adding exponents, dividing fractions and decimals . I’m also thinking of hiring a math tutor but they are expensive. So I would be really value if you can extend some guidance in solving the problem.

Algebra Master beyond doubt is a great piece of math software. I remember having problems with multiplying fractions, graphing equations and converting decimals.
