Friends , I am in need of help on matrices, least common denominator, geometry and evaluating formulas. Since I am a novice to Basic Math, I really want to understand the basics of Pre Algebra completely. Can anyone recommend the best place from where I can begin reading the fundamental principles ? I have a midterm next week.

You can try out Algebrator. This literally helps you solve questions in math very fast. You can plug in the questions and this program will go through it with you step by step so you can understand easily as you solve them. There are some demos available so you can also take a look and see how incredibly helpful the program is. I am sure your college algebra 8th edition book print out pages can be solved faster here.

I have also used Algebrator a number of times to solve math problems . I must say that it has significantly increased my problem solving skills. You should give it a try and see if it helps.

Algebrator is a simple product and is certainly worth a try. You will find several exciting stuff there. I use it as reference software for my math problems and can say that it has made learning math more enjoyable.
