Hey everyone I am about two weeks through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with how to find roots of an equation on a ti89. Could somebody out there please enlighten me with slope, rational equations and lcf. I can’t afford to hire a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of understanding topics like radical expressions or scientific notation painlessly , please drop me a line Thank you for your time

That’s specifically the kind of problem I had faced . Can you explain a some more on what your problems are with how to find roots of an equation on a ti89? Yes. Getting an reasonably priced tutor appropriate to your requirements is pretty hard these days . But even I went on to do almost everything that you are doing now. But then, my search ended when I realized that there are a number of software in algebra. They are inexpensive. I was actually delighted with it. May be this is just what suits you . What do you think about this?

I checked out each one of them myself and that was when I came across Algebrator. I found it particularly suitable for graphing, system of equations and xintercept. It was actually also child’s play to operate this. Once you feed in the problem, the program carries you all the way to the solution clearing up each step on its way. That’s what makes it outstanding . By the time you arrive at the result, you by now know how to solve the problems. I enjoyed learning to crack the problems with College Algebra, Remedial Algebra and Algebra 2 in algebra . I am also certain that you too will love this program just as I did. Wouldn’t you want to check this out?

This one is actually quite different. I am recommending it only after using it myself. You can find the details about the software at http://www.algebratest.com/resources.html.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes Remedial Algebra, Algebra 1 and Remedial Algebra. It is a really a great piece of math software. I remember of going through difficulties with subtracting fractions, radical expressions and trinomials. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework. I highly recommend the program.
