Hey everyone
I am about two weeks through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with combine like terms test. Could somebody out there please enlighten me with radicals, fractional exponents and algebraic signs. I can’t afford to hire a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of understanding topics like radical expressions or trinomials painlessly , please let me know

I know how difficult it can be if you are clueless with combine like terms test. It’s a bit hard to assist without more information of your problems . But if you rather not get a tutor, then why not just use some software and how you go . There are an endless number of programs out there, but one you should test out would be Algebra Master. It is pretty helpful plus it is not expensive .

Thanks for the suggestion . Algebra Master is indeed a great algebra software. I was able to get answers to difficulties I had about multiplying matrices, sum of cubes and triangle similarity. You just have to type in a problem, click on Solve and you get the all the explanation you need. You can use it for any number of [algebra things, like Intermediate algebra, Pre Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would highly recommend Algebra Master.

graphing function, quadratic equations and interval notation were a nightmare for me until I found Algebra Master, which is really the best program that I have come across. I have used it frequently through several algebra classes – Algebra 2, College Algebra and Intermediate algebra. Simply typing in the math problem and clicking on Solve, Algebra Master generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I highly recommend the program.
