I am in desperate need of help in completing a project in matlab quadratic equation solver. I need to submit it by next week and am having a hard time trying to work out a couple of tricky problems. I tried some of the internet help sites but have not gotten much help so far. I would be really glad if anyone can guide me.

Have you checked out Algebra Master? This is a great software and I have used it several times to help me with my matlab quadratic equation solver problems. It is really very straightforward -you just need to enter the problem and it will give you a complete solution that can help solve your homework. Try it out and see if it solves your problem.

I remember having difficulties with distance of points, algebraic signs and x-intercept. Algebra Master is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Algebra 1 and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
