formula for percentage of a number

Hi gals and guys I require some guidance to unravel this formula for percentage of a number which I’m unable to do on my own. My homework assignment is due and I need guidance to work on multiplying fractions, least common measure and adding fractions . I’m also thinking of hiring a math tutor but they are not economical . So I would be very much value if you can extend some guidance in solving the problem.

You seem to be facing a similar problem that I had some time back. I too thought of hiring a paid tutor to work it out for me. But they are so pricy that I just could not afford one. You must go through Algebra Master. I had always found math to be a difficult subject but this program made it easy to learn . You can type in the question and it provides you the answer, just like that! It is so easy that learning becomes a fun experience.
