Hello Math Gurus! I am a beginner at decimals to mixed numbers. I seem to understand the lectures in the class well, but when I begin to solve the problems at home myself, I commit errors . Does anyone know of any resource where I can get my answers checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step answer ? |

If you can give details about decimals to mixed numbers, I could possibly help to solve the math problem. If you don’t want to pay big bucks for a math tutor, the next best option would be a proper program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebra Master is the best I have come upon which will elucidate every step to any algebra problem that you may write from your book. You can simply reprint as your homework assignment. This Algebra Master should be used to learn math rather than for copying answers for assignments. |

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebra Master no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to copy . |

I remember having difficulties with decimals, radicals and side-side-side similarity. Algebra Master is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, College Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
