I'm just wondering if someone can give me a few pointers here so that I can understand the basics of variables and constants. I find solving problems really difficult. I work in the evening and thus have no time left to take extra classes. Can you guys suggest any online resource that can help me with this subject? |

Hello friend. Let me tell you one thing, even tutors in this subject sometimes lag in a specific topic . Mathematics is such a diverse subject, that it sometimes becomes impossible to excel every topic with equal ease. If you are having problems with variables and constants, why don’t you try Algebra Master. This program has rescued many colleagues of mine and I have used it once as well. I was quiet happy with it. |

Algebra Master is one useful tool. I don’t have much interest in math and have found it to be complicated all my life. Yet one cannot always leave math because it sometimes becomes a compulsory part of one’s course work. My friend is a math expert and I found this program in his palmtop . It was only then I understood why he finds this subject to be so easy. |

I remember having difficulties with angle complements, least common measure and trinomials. Algebra Master is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Remedial Algebra, Algebra 2 and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended. |
