I think God would have been in a really bad mood that he came up with something called math to trouble us! I’ve spent days working on this algebra problem which relates to systems of equations can be solved by graphing or by using substitution or elimination. what are the pros and cons of each method? which method do you like best? why? what circumstances would cause you to use a different method? and I still can’t crack it . I’m particularly stuck on triangle similarity, radicals and y-intercept. Can anyone throw some light on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried various means that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?

I remember having often faced difficulties with function definition, subtracting fractions and system of equations. A really great piece of math program is Algebra Master software. By simply typing in a problem homework a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – Basic Math, College Algebra and Algebra 2. I greatly recommend the program.
