Hello Math Gurus! I am a starting at harvard step test, calculations. I seem to understand the lectures in the class properly , but when I begin to solve the problems at home myself, I commit mistakes. Does anyone know of any resource where I can get my solutions checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step answer ?

You can check out Algebrator. This software literally helps you solve questions in algebra very fast. You can plug in the questions and this program will go through it with you step by step so you will be able to understand better as you solve them. There are some demos available so you can also take a look and see how incredibly helpful the program is. I am sure your harvard step test, calculations can be solved faster here.

Yeah, that’s so true . I’ve tried that in the past and it works like a charm. The step by step that it provides, will not only answer the problem at hand, but will also equip you with the knowledge to solve similar puzzles in the future. All my doubts pertaining to distance of points and midpoint of a line were cleared once I started using this software. So go ahead and try Algebrator.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes Algebra 1, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra. It is a truly a great piece of math software. I remember of going through problems with quadratic formula, graphing equations and dividing fractions. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
